The following are not allowed and will reuslt in a blacklist from using the bot:
1. Abuse - Abusing neko in any way, the act of intentionally trying to cause problems to the bot. This includes API spam.
2. Distribution Of Illegal Content - Using neko and it's customizable punishment dms to distrubute content in violation of federal or non federal laws is strictly forbidden and will result in legal action.
3. Misconduct - Using neko as an aid to carrying out activities that are either illegal or against the Discord Terms of Service. A server with neko that performs misconduct (even with neko not directly being used to) is also subject to being blacklisted.
